Palmetto, FL (December 14, 2006) - Team KMA Racing, the new powerhouse team
formed by two well-respected and experienced operations, Atlantic Racing
Team and American Spirit Racing, tested six up and coming young drivers at
Group Four Park in Palmetto, Florida. Over two days and varying weather
conditions, Team KMA and its prospective drivers completed over 500 miles of
near non-stop testing.

"It was a really exciting two days," stated Team Co-Principal Jon Lewis. "We
had six very talented young drivers vying for four available positions on
our Formula BMW Team and at the end of day, it was extremely difficult to
choose which four to pick. They all progressed so well, it was impressive.
Our crew also did a fantastic job in rotating each driver on and off the
track, with well over 500 miles of mechanically flawless operation."

The two-day test was held at Group Four Park, a private test track located
just south of Tampa, Florida. "Group Four is a very technical track,"
commented the Team's other Co-Principal, Ingo Strackerjan. "Here, a driver
is always working. There's no opportunity to rest. It was ideal for the
purpose of our test. We had beautiful sunny weather on Tuesday and rain on
Wednesday, so it was also great to see how these drivers handled themselves
in the wet. Sure, we had a few spins here and there, but by the end of the
second day, you could see a dramatic improvement in each driver and any one
of them would be an excellent addition to our team."

Team KMA will formally announce its 2007 Formula BMW driver line up in the
next few weeks.

Team KMA Racing's Indianapolis-based Indy Pro Series operation will also
begin pre-season testing in January. For information regarding driver
opportunities with Team KMA's Indy Pro Series Team, contact Jon Lewis at:
239-283-3306 or Ingo Strackerjan at 902-488-5823. Atlantic Racing Team began its motorsport operation entering European and
Canadian GT races and then shifted their operation towards Formula Ford,
Formula 2000 and Formula Renault races. When Formula BMW USA came into the
open-wheel market in 2004, Atlantic was one of the first teams operating
multi-car entries. Since that time, the team has continued to provide
experienced race and engineering services to drivers wanting to advance
their racing career with proper race knowledge.

With over 20 years of front running management experience in just about all
of North America's top professional auto racing series, including: IndyCar,
American Le Mans, Trans-Am and IMSA GTP, American Spirit Racing brings a
wealth of knowledge and leadership to the Team KMA operation. Besides having
a successful driving career in international endurance racing, American
Spirit principal Jon Lewis' vast experience also includes holding the
position of Vice President of Marketing for the North American Touring Car
Championship, Germain Racing (2006 NCTS Champions) in NASCAR and the
National Survival Game (founders of the sport of Paintball). American
Spirit's management and marketing background brings a well-rounded wealth of
experience to this new team, creating a powerful marketing oriented program
for the Team's corporate marketing partners.

The Formula BMW USA Championship is the leading ladder series in North
America. In only its fourth year worldwide, Formula BMW has become one of
the top choices of karters around the world to make the progression to race
cars. Formula BMW USA has also become the most valuable step on the ladder
to the Indy Pro Series, ChampCar Atlantic or Formula 3. The series provides
a strong platform of races along with a diverse Education and Coaching
Program. With the help of four championship series held in Germany, the UK,
the United States and Asia, Formula BMW takes talented young drivers trains
them how to succeed in professional motor racing. The effectiveness of this
concept has produced drivers such as Nico Rosberg, Ralf Schumacher,
Christian Klien, Timo Glock and many more, who have made it from the Formula
BMW into a Formula One cockpit.
