1. At a Glance.
- MINI One and MINI Cooper. Even more agility provided by a new five-speed gearbox, refinements in design, new colors, upholstery materials and wheels, plus enhanced ergonomics raising the product substance of the MINI One and MINI Cooper to an even higher level. Newly designed bumpers, headlights and rear lights accentuate the likeable style and character of this worldwide success from Oxford.
- MINI Cooper S. The MINI Cooper S now comes with even more power and torque. Maximum output of 125 kW/170 bhp gives the top model in the range a top speed of 222 km/h or 138 mph. And with maximum torque of 220 Nm/162 lb-ft, the MINI Cooper S accelerates from 0?100 km/h in just 7.2 seconds. Other new features on this superior driving machine are two exclusive metallic paintwork colors, new upholstery, and chrome trim.
- MINI Cooper S Convertible. The new MINI Cooper S Convertible combines impressive performance with exemplary handling and supreme practical value. Engine output of 125 kW/170 bhp and maximum torque of 220 Nm/162 lb-ft give the Cooper S Convertible a top speed of 215 km/h (133 mph), with acceleration to 100 km/h in just 7.4 seconds. With its fully automatic soft roof, integrated sunroof and space-saving folding mechanism, this fully-fledged four-seater offers variable storage space with maximum capacity of 605 liters.
- John Cooper Works. The new John Cooper Works Tuning Kit gives the engine of the MINI Cooper S 29 kW/40 bhp more power and boosts torque by yet another 25 Nm/18 lb-ft. Developing maximum output of 155 kW/210 bhp and maximum torque of 245 Nm/181 lb-ft through this special tuning, the MINI Cooper S is the ultimate driving machine in its segment.
- MINI CHALLENGES. In this highly individual series of events, MINI combines exciting club sport races with attractive lifestyle highlights. The model raced in these events is the MINI Cooper S converted by the John Cooper Works Tuning Kit into a club sports car with more than 200 bhp engine output.
