Just a quick note here.

for anybody looking to do a good upgrade on your e30 springs, do as I did for a low cost option.

find used e30 M3 springs and get them installed - plain and simple.

It's cheaper than H&R springs, but if you have the money - then get the H&R springs, which I suggest. You can find e30 M3 springs for less than $200.00 for all 4, or get H&R's for a bit more than $200.00.
