This is certainly something new that I don't do everyday, I bought a house today.  We closed this morning.  So now like that guy in the TV commercial I too am in debt up to my eyeballs!!!!

Sadly for me they go hand in hand.  But it is the good kind of debt.  And we get lots of tax advantages for home ownership.

No, gray stucco for now.  I am going to fix up the garage and I was thinking about white with blue trim, maybe a big roundel on the wall.

The garage is just a big blank square.  Plenty of room and nothing to renovate.   A work bench, some cabinets, some peg board, maybe do something to the floor.  I'll forgo the lift this time around.
