CR'S Motor Car Company
www.bmwwholesa le.net

600 Centerville Rd
Newville, PA 17241

I have called the company on 03/03/06 to order an instrument cluster for my car.  Bill said to me that it would ship out on Monday, 03/06/06.  He had my credit card information on file, and said the equipment should be there in 3-5 days.  I watched my bank account all week, and never saw the charges of $30.00 come to my account.  I called on Friday 03/10/06 to ask if my part was shipped, and told them I hadn't been billed yet.  The response was "I'm way too busy to deal with you, and I am not taking the time to see if your order was shipped or not."  I told him I was never billed, and he said he didn't care.  I told him I should take my business elsewhere, and he said happily "You should, that would be great!"  The phone call on the 10th ended there.

I called 03/14/06 to talk to Bill about a resolution to the problem, and he told me that he was never shipping any equipment to me because I gave Chris a hard time.  I told him I was polite to Chris, and never gave him an attitude.  I told him I wanted to resolve this issue, and I asked why my order never got shipped from 03/03/06 until 03/10/06 - he said he will never do business with me again, and had a meeting with Chris about me.  I don't know what was said, but I feel it's unfair for me to be treated so badly with no explanation why I was not billed, or shipped my order.  All I did was call to ask about my order, and before I could resolve this issue, Bill hung up on me.  I called back and got CJ, the receptionist, and asked for Bill - He said no orders will ever be shipped to me again, and will not take any of my calls.

I did everything I could as professional as I could with this company, and the only resolution from CJ was to give me the same exact part for $55.00 and $8.00 shipped, which is $33.00 more than the original price quote of the equipment to be shipped to me.  I said that is not a resolution, and I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau.

This company was always good to me, and I was always good to them.

I am sorry to rate this company now a 0/10

I received my final response from the BBB today - after 3 separate USPS standard letter mailings, and emails, the report I have filed has been accepted by the BBB.  I will post the letters I have recieved here on this post in the next day.
