Diagnostic module tank leakage. It could mean the fuel fill cap is loose or was removed while the engine was running, or could mean something else. I suspect something else, related to the diagnostic module itself. I would start by checking it for damaged hoses or a loose electrical connection.

Picked that off another site.  It might give you lead to follow.  Good luck.
