08 Mazda3 & '06 Toyota Highlander Hybrid

I swapped from this wheel mostly because the foam cover of the wheel has come loose from the inner core at the top of wheel.  You can't see any problem, but when you grip the wheel the top 1/4 of the wheel will twist.  Kind of weird.  I had no airbag faults or codes.  I attached a copy of the parts list from RealOem to show that you will not get the slip ring, or part number 2.  I had to use that part for the airbag bypass module on my new wheel.  Based on the cost on the airbag, I'm thinking $300 for both pieces.
