Hi everybody... I just wanted to let ppl know that BMW Heaven is nearly completed, I just have to wait for the server to get an upgrade and then add some final stuff..... Well, about the server update, I've been waiting for a month now, and I really don't have a clue if it's ever going to come  . Hopefully it will, here is a preview for those of you who are dying to see it  !!! The new site will feature: - Gallery containing (all) BMW models - Forum for your questions and remarks - Database containing BMW specifications - Information for all BMW models - Possibility for you to add info, and upload pictures - Mouse-over information for things you didn't know (maybe option to turn these off) - Latest news from BMW (did you already know about the 3 series touring???) - More... interesting - if they do this server upgrade, it must be able to work with all of the sites on the server - making sure no errors come up.

real good - just need a couple more days for this. php 4.3.11 and gd2 on ipowerweb - been working on a website for a friend at work too, and got the coppermine/smf/mambo integration working pretty good (except for the logout from the gallery link)
tested everything on his server, and it looks good - so we'll go over there within a week, so you should back up everything that you have.

K, last update...
Made a search engine for bmw specifications, looks pretty nice if I may say.
Organized all of my pictures on my harddisk, ready for upload!
Only thing that hasn't happened yet is the menu-pictures, but those should be made somewhere this week by a friend of mine, no worries.
Let me know when you want to get on with the upload to ipowerweb, kinda busy week, last week in uni before the holidays...

yeah, that's exactly my thing... Jeff is in Hawaii, having his holidays, so I have to wait for him to get back. Server should be set up (at ipowerweb), DNS has to transfer from racerplanet.co m to ipowerweb. Then we have to upload, test some stuff, make some last minor changes, and ready to roll.... So, bare with me (I can barely bare with myself ), it'll be online soon... |

Well, I want to rush, website has been down since october last year I think... Lost lots of visitors, but am coming back with a completely redesigned site, with new everything.... Hope it's gonna be as nice for other visitors as it is for me  . I only need some buttons restyled, and my photo-shopper isn't replying to my mail.... I can't photo-shop at all, and he has the originals, so I have to wait for him... Well, I'll keep you up to date through the forum, got some nice things playing in my head! |
