Man I can't beleive I haven't told this story here yet...

This happened a few nights ago. At 3AM.

My buddy has one of the quickest VW GTI 1.8ts in the state of new mexico. He let me drive it one night while he was in the passenger seat just chillin out we were cruising on the main drag where everyone cruises and looks for street races at night. So we were about to go back to his place and meet some girls when this guy in a Sentra SE-R comes rollin up on us and jumping his car like he wants to race us so my buddy goes "Go for it... Just put like 7-8 bus lengths on him and call it a day" so I roll down the window and he says "lets go up to tramway (the stree where everyone races) and run 'em" so I said aight. We get to a light and stop. The light turns green and we go by the time I am in fourth gear we are going 150 and the sentra is nowhere in sight, blew past a cop shifting to fifth at 165. My buddy goes "JUST GO MAN! he wont catch us." So I keep the pedal down and as we round off 170 we hit the speed limiter. So now we are going 170 down tramway and we come over a hill, only to see two cop cars blocking the road and us nowhere to go... So I stopped on the side of the road and let them come to me... an already long story short they took me to jail, impounded my buddies car. it cost me $100 to get out of jail and another $100 to get his car out of impound... bleh...

no food in jail... i was out before they served breakfast... bleh.

yeah the cop called ahead and positioned two inits in front of us...

that cop was all happy though it was the first time he realy got to see what his car could do... he topped it out at 135 he said... i laughed and told him we tagged 170 and he almost shit himself...

OUCH

Shit..... that really sucks

well, only 95 hours to go....
