Totally agree with you.  The wheels look way better on black.  I sold him my wheels just a few weeks ago.

Yep, the plate is custom made.  At one point a lady approached me speaking to me in German.  I've been told I look German and she thought I was.  She said that the first two letters stand for the county or city ( I can't remember) , and happens that she lived in a place that used tags starting with LU.  She had been in the states for a few months and had not spoken German since.  Big disappointment for her when she found out I could'nt speak German to save my life.

LU is for Ludwigshafen, a city in Germany (there are no countries in Germany, as Germany is a country Tongue)
