I worked for about 1 hour on a modification that should make Mambo ( the site ) and the Forums integrate with one registration - one username/password for both. It did not work, and had too many bugs, even for me to try to hack out, so I'm leaving it off the site unti the "non-beta" is released - should have this crap fixed, too much trouble for me to hack their code - or the site for it to work.
I'll mass-email everybody when this mod is complete.

I'm completely done with this shit.
I cannot get the Forum and Website integration to work, I've even tried installing a whole new site, and a whole new forum - and I still get errors, and none of it works.
Sorry guys, I've been trying so hard to get this to work, and even though I know quite a bit about PHP, I can't get this to work. Not sure if anybody cares, just venting a little...

clicking on either of these returns me to the main administration page, not allowed to change any config's here.
com_smf_regist ration
com_smf_regist ration&task=config
the login works fine, shows my PM's, avatar, and the rest of the links, but that error in the post above shows up and I can't fix that.

Jeff, get the latest version of the bridge (version 2.2), and the config should work... And also the line19 prob seems to have something to do with the config path. this is the support board for the bridge: http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?board=77.0 |
