he's got everything tinted aswell,including windshield,isn't that illegal?

the thing I notice different, is the center rear brake lights - over there, they have the reverse lights in the bottom of those brake lights, and the license plate below - here, they have the reverse lights on the right and left of the license plate...makes sense.
