I've not heard of SPAX suspension, where does it come from?

SPAX is from Britain. This set was a good deal ($403) even though the front adjustable shocks are weak.
The rear can be adjusted to feel like a track car so I will be replacing the fronts with Bilstien HD.

$400 for a spring and dampner set is a good deal.

nice man! yeah that is a good deal... it's gonna cost me a little more than that to do up the passat...
